Job Summary
A company is looking for a Monitoring and Incident Response Team Member to support the Department of Justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Tier 1/2 Service Desk escalations via ticketing systems, phone, or Microsoft Teams
- Support continuous (24/7/365) network and service monitoring, including managing incident communications
- Perform network monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of relevant IT experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2013
