Job Summary

A company is looking for a Monitoring & Dispatch Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to location staff and technicians for Wi-Fi and wired services
  • Proactively monitor system health of deployed network equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Document interactions within incident tickets and provide status updates on critical network outages
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support role
  • General to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP network management and troubleshooting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must currently be a Front-Line Care Representative within the TX Care Call Center
