Job Summary
A company is looking for a Monitoring & Dispatch Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to location staff and technicians for Wi-Fi and wired services
- Proactively monitor system health of deployed network equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Document interactions within incident tickets and provide status updates on critical network outages
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support role
- General to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP network management and troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must currently be a Front-Line Care Representative within the TX Care Call Center
