Job Summary

Providing technical support and monitoring network health, the part-time Monitoring & Dispatch Specialist will assist front-line support agents by resolving issues related to deployed Wi-Fi and wired networks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to location staff and technicians, performing remote fixes using diagnostic tools
  • Proactively monitor system health of deployed network equipment and investigate potential issues
  • Document interactions within incident tickets and provide status updates on critical network outages to customers
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
  • General to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP network management
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must currently be a Front-Line Care Representative within the TX Care Call Center to apply
  • Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
