Job Summary
Providing technical support and monitoring network health, the part-time Monitoring & Dispatch Specialist will assist front-line support agents by resolving issues related to deployed Wi-Fi and wired networks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support to location staff and technicians, performing remote fixes using diagnostic tools
- Proactively monitor system health of deployed network equipment and investigate potential issues
- Document interactions within incident tickets and provide status updates on critical network outages to customers
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role
- General to intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP network management
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must currently be a Front-Line Care Representative within the TX Care Call Center to apply
- Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
