Job Summary
Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, the full-time remote Manager, Monitoring Operations & Quality will oversee monitoring center performance, manage vendor relationships, and optimize member experience while building a future-focused Quality Assurance function.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business owner and relationship manager for monitoring center partners, establishing and enforcing performance expectations
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous initiatives focused on service quality and operational efficiency
- Develop and govern standard operating procedures related to monitoring operations and alarm handling, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record in driving operational performance improvements
- Strong experience in managing performance through metrics, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability across teams
- Experience developing operational processes, documentation, and performance reporting frameworks
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations
