Monitoring Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Mid-Level Monitoring Platform Engineer will implement monitoring use cases, support data onboarding, and assist in incident workflow alignment under senior direction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement monitoring use cases and assist in the configuration and tuning of dashboards and alerts
• Support data onboarding, alert configuration, incident workflow alignment, and documentation updates
• Participate in troubleshooting and operational support activities while collaborating with team members to validate monitoring coverage

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting monitoring or infrastructure management solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of enterprise monitoring or observability tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog, AppDynamics)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn platform-specific tools and processes
• Effective written communication skills for documentation and status reporting
