Monitoring Tools Engineer

Job Summary

Monitoring scheduled batch jobs remotely, the full-time Monitoring Tools Engineer will manage job monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination with various teams to ensure critical business processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage scheduled batch jobs and workload automation processes to ensure timely completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve batch job failures, delays, and system-related interruptions
• Maintain documentation of job schedules, dependencies, and recovery procedures while supporting incident and change management processes

Required qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and supporting batch processing and IT production operations
• Working knowledge of enterprise scheduling tools, preferably Control-M
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, and scripting
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
