Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Montana Licensed Claims Examiner will accurately process medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug claims while providing prompt responses to customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy and receipt of all required documentation for claims submitted
• Collaborate with providers and plan participants to obtain necessary information for claim processing
• Analyze information related to claims, ensuring correct system processing and payment determination

Required qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required
• Basic computer and customer service experience required
• Ability to learn claims processing software functions
• Typing ability of 45 wpm net
• Thorough knowledge of claims processing procedures and requirements
