Job Summary
To support the clinical informatics education goals for EHR and other information systems, the full-time remote Montana Licensed Clinical Informatics Manager will manage training environment operations, lead cross-team projects, and provide direction for the development and maintenance of educational materials.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, development, and publication of change communication and learning deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams in training environment management and project resource allocation
- Evaluate and optimize education programs to promote effective use of clinical technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, informatics, or related field
- 6 years of experience in education within an information services or training setting, including 3 years in a management role
- 4 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or educational context
