Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory Oncology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review patients' medication orders for safety and appropriateness, making evidence-based interventions as needed
  • Oversee medication preparation and delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide patient counseling and medication education, promoting adherence and quality service
Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
  • License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice, specifically a Montana pharmacist license
  • Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs
  • Prior oncology experience and board certification preferred
