Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Ambulatory Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patients' medication orders for safety and appropriateness, making evidence-based interventions as needed
- Oversee medication preparation and delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide patient counseling and medication education, promoting adherence and quality service
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice, specifically a Montana pharmacist license
- Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs
- Prior oncology experience and board certification preferred
