Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst - Casual Call, Remote (must be residing in MT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers compensation plan by completing salary surveys, evaluating job descriptions, and conducting audits of compensation information
  • Provides education and communication on compensation policies to employees and managers
  • Assists with provider compensation administration and collaborates with HR team members for payroll accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, finance, or human resources; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Three (3) years of human resources experience in a professional office environment
  • One (1) year of compensation analyst/administration experience
  • Three (3) years of Microsoft Office experience with advanced Excel skills
  • CCP Certification from World at Work is preferred
