Job Summary

To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time Montana Licensed Crop Insurance Agent will meet established sales goals, utilize sales and marketing tools to drive results, and maintain a notable book of business while collaborating across the platform in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meets established annual sales goals
• Utilizes Trucordia Crop Insurance sales and marketing tools for results-oriented activities
• Maintains and grows a book of business in alignment with the platform's growth strategy

Required qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty License
• Crop Insurance License
• 5+ years in an insurance sales role
• Preferred: Farm or Ranch experience
• Preferred: Future Farmers of America (FFA) involvement
