Job Summary

Providing effective customer service to patients and internal departments, the full-time Montana Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage 65-80 inbound and outbound calls daily, assist with patient inquiries, and resolve complaints while working remotely from Montana.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and medical facilities
  • Make outbound calls to discuss patient balances and financial assistance options
  • Utilize Epic to efficiently address patient questions and route calls to appropriate departments
Required qualifications
  • Six months of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Six months of experience using a computer with proficiency and accuracy
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior experience with medical and billing terminology (preferred)
  • Prior work experience in healthcare (preferred)
