Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
  • Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and compliance with HR policies
  • Oversee Caregiver Relations work product and mentor Caregiver Relations consultants
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in multi-state locations
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations
  • Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
