Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-house Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Real Estate and Development, including lease negotiations and risk assessments
• Partner with HR on employment law matters and develop related policies and training
• Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Montana State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate/business law, preferably in retail
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial real estate law, and employment law
• Experience managing litigation and working with outside counsel is preferred
