Job Summary

To support clients in achieving their homeownership goals, the full-time Montana Licensed Loan Officer will manage relationships, guide clients through the mortgage process, and drive business development initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to market mortgage services
• Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring excellent service

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of obtaining referrals
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
