Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Navigator- Internal Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and facilitate communication among healthcare providers
• Assist in scheduling appointments, diagnostic testing, and procedures to ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient education and support throughout the treatment process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited nursing school
• Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• 1 year of direct patient care experience
• Preferred certification and experience in specialty, with 3 years of direct patient care experience
