Montana Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Montana Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the remote position will manage telehealth clinical evaluations, prescribe GLP-1 medications for weight management, and collaborate with a Registered Dietitian team while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous telehealth evaluations for new GLP-1 patients, assessing eligibility and treatment goals
• Prescribe and titrate FDA-approved GLP-1 medications under independent prescriptive authority
• Manage follow-up visits, dose titration, and lab reviews while maintaining clinical documentation

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with ANCC or AANP board certification
• Licenses in a minimum of 30 U.S. states, with a preference for those granting full independent practice authority
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience managing obesity or related conditions
• Comfortable in a fully remote clinical environment with proficiency in EHR platforms
• Active NPI and professional liability/malpractice insurance covering telehealth NP encounters
