Montana Licensed Pharmacy Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving the performance of a multi-tiered pharmacy contact center, the full-time Senior Operations Manager, Pharmacy will manage teams of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring compliance, quality, and participant satisfaction while working remotely from Montana.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician teams to meet service level, quality, and compliance targets
• Oversee workflow management across prescription transfers and escalated inquiries, ensuring smooth escalation pathways
• Monitor core KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and participant experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience in a contact center, pharmacy, or healthcare services environment
• Working knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and retail/mail-order pharmacy operations
• Experience managing performance against service-level agreements and quality/compliance metrics
• Strong understanding of pharmacy licensing requirements and compliance tracking
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain talent in a regulated environment
