Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Clinical/MTM Remote Outbound MST/PST.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with pharmacists on medication adherence and follow up on barriers
Perform outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacies as needed
Assist in resolving member prescription claim and pharmacy service access issues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Certification
Preferred: Associate's Degree
Preferred: 3+ years of experience
