Job Summary

Managing complex workers' compensation claims, the fully remote Montana Licensed Resolution Manager will analyze claims exposure, communicate with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in applicable states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
