Montana Licensed Selling Specialist
Job Summary
To support customer needs in window treatments, the full-time Montana Licensed Selling Specialist will create and review quotes, provide consultative services, and collaborate with team members remotely to ensure timely and accurate sales closures.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by executing company policies and procedures
- Manage the quoting process by verifying information and communicating with stores and service providers
- Follow up with customers to ensure all order and project requirements are met satisfactorily
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
- Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, administrative, or retail environment
- Must obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by state or local laws
- Foundational knowledge of window treatment products and installation
- Experience using CRM tools such as MS Dynamics is preferred
