Job Summary

Managing day-to-day professional and general liability claims, the full-time Montana Licensed Senior Claims Manager will investigate, evaluate, and oversee claims while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of liability claims and maintain accurate claims files
• Communicate with patients, claimants, and facility leadership to facilitate claims resolution
• Provide feedback on claims trends and recommend improvements to claims processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in claims management
• 7 years of relevant experience in general and professional liability claims processing or management
