Job Summary
Providing remote telephone and electronic triage support, the full-time Montana Licensed Triage Nurse will manage inbound clinical issues, coordinate care with other providers, and deliver training on medical topics while working primarily during day shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound clinical issues from staff and patients, triaging and escalating emergencies as needed
- Collaborate with peer mental health workers, social workers, and APPs to address acute issues
- Coordinate care with patients' other providers to ensure seamless health management
Required qualifications:
- Active RN license through a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, with willingness to obtain licensure in non-compact states
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate of Nursing (ASN)
- At least 3 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience
- Experience working with populations facing serious mental illness, behavioral health conditions, and/or substance use disorders
- Care management and coordination experience
