Job Summary

Montana Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster, responsible for managing and resolving complex workers compensation claims through effective communication and customer service, in a fully remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure resolution and communication
• Document claim activity and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
