Job Summary

As a Montana Licensed Workers Compensation Representative, the remote Senior Workers Compensation Representative will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve Workers Compensation claims, ensuring compliance with state regulations while providing quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete investigations and make decisions for claims across multiple jurisdictions
• Establish and update estimates, employing creative resolution strategies in partnership with stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved, ensuring timely updates and quality claim handling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of Workers Compensation claim handling experience
• Experience with compensability investigations and complex injury management
• Strong evaluation and analytical skills
• Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
