Key responsibilities

• Manage patient interactions to coordinate access to healthcare services and resources
• Schedule appointments and classes while providing navigation assistance within the health network
• Deliver tier 1 technical support for patient health applications, ensuring a seamless user experience

Required qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
