Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Moroccan Arabic Cultural Trainer, this part-time independent contractor role will design and facilitate a cultural awareness program for U.S.-based employees and leaders, focusing on effective collaboration with Moroccan colleagues in the automotive sector, with potential remote and onsite delivery in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a needs assessment to identify project objectives and cross-cultural challenges
• Design and facilitate engaging cultural training sessions tailored for U.S. employees and leadership
• Develop practical reference materials to support participants in navigating Moroccan workplace culture

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Moroccan Arabic/Darija
• Professional fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan and American workplace practices and business etiquette
• Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating intercultural training
• Ability to work independently and adapt training content for diverse audiences
