Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Warehouse Lending Account Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Relationship Managers, ensuring high-quality service and timely problem resolution
  • Assist customers with deposit and loan servicing needs, processing various requests and performing end-of-day transaction balancing
  • Monitor bank reports for discrepancies and maintain compliance with risk and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in Banking Operations, Retail, or Credit; or 4 years of higher education/work experience with 2 years in customer service
  • Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software packages
  • Knowledge of applicable products, systems, and workflows is preferred
  • Strong debit/credit knowledge
  • Ability to work under time constraints and manage multiple tasks effectively
