Key Responsibilities

• Responds to broker calls and maintains communication regarding file status and conditions
• Manages an extensive pipeline, ensuring lock expirations and funding timelines are met
• Completes processor functions, including data entry and preparing files for issuance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of mortgage industry experience
• Extensive experience as a processor or in an underwriting-related function
• Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks in a large workflow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must work independently and demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality
