Mortgage Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mortgage accounts and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for mortgage brokers, borrowers, and internal teams throughout the loan process
• Manage and grow a pipeline of mortgage accounts to meet or exceed sales and performance targets
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring timely submission of required documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage account management
• Non-QM mortgage experience is required
• Experience with Meridian Link Mortgage (formerly Lending QB) is preferred
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
