Mortgage Account Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for onboarding and training new broker partners, the fully remote Wholesale Mortgage Account Manager will service existing brokers and act as a liaison between brokers and operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines to assist brokers effectively
• Collaborate with the internal wholesale operations team to address broker inquiries promptly
• Provide training on systems, policies, procedures, and industry updates to brokers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Previous experience as a mortgage underwriter or closer is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Familiarity with conventional and FHA guidelines
• High comfort level with technology and web-based tools
