Job Summary
Driving growth and strategic value creation, the fully remote Mortgage Strategic Account Manager will build and nurture relationships with high-value mortgage clients, lead client strategy development, and ensure alignment on objectives while meeting revenue and retention targets.
Key responsibilities
- Builds and maintains trusted relationships with senior-level mortgage clients to establish long-term partnerships
- Leads executive-level client engagement activities and collaborates with internal teams to develop solutions and drive measurable outcomes
- Monitors account performance and financial metrics, providing regular updates and forecasts while championing continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field plus 7+ years of experience in account management or client success within the mortgage industry
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute growth initiatives based on complex client business models
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities to guide strategy and achieve measurable results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
