Job Summary

Managing and converting a steady pipeline of inbound leads, the full-time Internal Lead Mortgage Advisor will guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to close while delivering a consultative borrower experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound leads to maximize lock and fund conversions
• Guide borrowers through the entire mortgage process from application to closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance performance and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage advising or a related field
• Strong understanding of the mortgage process and financial products
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and consultative experiences
