Job Summary

Managing a variety of analytical projects, the fully remote Secondary Marketing Analyst will secure rate locks, coordinate wire requests, and analyze pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Secure and manage rate locks for a large pipeline of loans from multiple production channels
• Coordinate wire requests with various warehouse providers for mortgage loan disbursements
• Analyze pricing scenarios to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with program requirements

Required qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Mortgage experience required
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid decision-making skills and professionalism towards clients
