Job Summary
Providing front-line support for mortgage applications, the full-time Mortgage Application Support Specialist will resolve issues for internal staff and clients across lending platforms, manage support tickets, and contribute to process improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver phone and ticket-based application support, ensuring timely resolutions for internal staff and clients
- Monitor support queues and manage assigned tickets, documenting troubleshooting steps and outcomes
- Escalate complex issues to the Application Support Team Lead and contribute to the team's knowledge base
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of mortgage software support experience, including knowledge of loan origination and servicing platforms
- Familiarity with mortgage compliance regulations such as GFE, TIL, and TRID
- Experience managing support tickets in an enterprise ITSM/ticketing platform
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support both internal and external clients
- Availability to work flexible hours, including participation in off-hours coverage rotation
