Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct Producing Sales Managers and loan officers to achieve sales, service, and CRA goals
• Source and recruit new loan officers and Producing Sales Managers to meet established sales goals
• Enhance community awareness of mortgage products through sales presentations and outreach efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
• 7+ years of management experience in a mortgage sales environment
• Proven ability to recruit top loan officers for the assigned region
• Must comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
• Bachelor's degree preferred
