Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Resolution Specialist to assist customers with workout plans for their loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of loans in default and implement loss mitigation strategies
• Analyze work-out options for delinquent loans and deliver proposals for the best return
• Negotiate loss mitigation strategies with investors and communicate loan status to borrowers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
• Bachelor's degree
• General knowledge of the loss mitigation process
• Ability to guide customers and investors through retention and liquidation processes
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a pipeline effectively
