Mortgage Assistance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Assistance Point (MAP) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for borrowers navigating loss mitigation or foreclosure options
• Provide information and updates on loss mitigation and foreclosure decisions to borrowers
• Collect necessary documentation and information from borrowers for retention and disposition options

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of experience in clerical or administrative activities
• Ability to identify and resolve issues/exceptions with limited supervision
• Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient PC skills, particularly in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software
