Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Account Manager to support brokers and manage various processing functions in mortgage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to broker calls and coordinate special needs through appropriate staff
  • Maintain communication with brokers regarding file status and manage lock expirations
  • Assist in data entry, review conditions, and ensure documentation integrity
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Extensive experience as a processor or in an underwriting-related function
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Resourceful and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
