Job Summary

A company is looking for a Whole Loan Purchase Review Auditor (Temporary Full Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Performs a thorough review of the loan file, identifying and reporting discrepancies in a client-ready manner
• Accurately completes audit checklists, ensuring all questions are answered completely
• Maintains current knowledge of processing, closing, post-closing, and associated regulatory and agency guidelines related to quality control audits

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing, closing, and/or post-closing experience
• Ability to accurately analyze and assess basic income documentation
• Reliable/functional high-speed internet access
• Computer/laptop/monitors (if remote worker)
• Ability to work full-time hours effectively and consistently
