Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience in retail banking operations
• Ability to manage branch personnel to meet profit and customer service objectives
• Enhanced knowledge of the Bank's products and operations
• Experience on the teller line and/or CSR platform
• Able to make effective judgment calls under pressure
