• Generate personal mortgage loan production and develop relationships with real estate agents and community organizations
• Oversee branch operations ensuring compliance with regulations and monitor loan processing timelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of personal loan production and achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and processes
• Ability to recruit and retain a high-performing team
• Proficient in loan origination systems and Microsoft Office Suite
