Job Summary

Leading a Mortgage Loan Production Team, the full-time Producing Branch Manager will drive sales growth, ensure compliance, and develop staff while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a profitable and compliant Mortgage Loan Production Team, including recruiting and training staff
• Originate and close residential mortgage loans that align with bank guidelines and profitability goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral partners to enhance business development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of real estate lending experience with a strong understanding of residential mortgage products
• Proven record of personal production and/or leading a successful mortgage sales team
• Demonstrated sales leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
• Experience managing staff performance in a sales-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and mortgage/banking software
