Job Summary

Seeking experienced top producers or current Branch Managers, the full-time Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee sales, recruiting, administration, and staff supervision while working remotely in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines while serving as a liaison to corporate divisions
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet company sales goals and execute corporate objectives
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and conduct training sessions on industry updates and company policies

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA loan programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
