Job Summary

Seeking experienced top producers or established Branch Managers, the full-time remote Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee sales, recruiting, administration, and client networking while managing branch operations and collaborating with the sales team to meet production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Collaborate with corporate and executive management to execute company sales goals and strategies
• Recruit and train mortgage professionals while developing strategic client relationships

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA loan programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
