Mortgage Branch Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily operational and administrative functions of a mortgage branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the mortgage branch to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Supervise, train, and support branch staff, including processors, loan officers, and administrative personnel
• Monitor pipeline activity and workflow to ensure timely loan processing and closings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent mortgage industry experience may be considered
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with at least 2 years in branch operations or management
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, processing, underwriting, compliance, and closing
• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and mortgage technology platforms
• Proven leadership and people management skills
