Job Summary
A company is looking for a Branch Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily operational and administrative functions of a mortgage branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mortgage branch to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Supervise, train, and support branch staff, including processors, loan officers, and administrative personnel
- Monitor pipeline activity and workflow to ensure timely loan processing and closings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent mortgage industry experience may be considered
- 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with at least 2 years in branch operations or management
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, processing, underwriting, compliance, and closing
- Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and mortgage technology platforms
- Proven leadership and people management skills
