Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers
• Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with company objectives
• Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• No NMLS registration required
• Experience in recruitment or business development preferred
• Ability to maintain compliance with all regulations
• Part-time availability
• Non-exempt hourly position
