Mortgage Business VP

Job Summary

Owning the mortgage line of business, the full-time remote VP, Mortgage will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute the go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the revenue, growth, and P&L for the mortgage business, setting targets and delivering against the plan
• Define the go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, pricing, and growth investment
• Lead and develop the team while aligning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success toward shared goals

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a business line leadership role with ownership of revenue and results
• Proven track record of exceeding growth and revenue targets
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a go-to-market capacity
• Strong general management skills, including strategy, planning, and forecasting
• Background in the mortgage or lending industry with established relationships
