Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Claims Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies coverage, sets up new claims, and assigns appropriate adjusters or vendors
• Documents claims, handles incoming correspondence, and uploads imaging documents into the claims system
• Examines inquiries regarding the claims process and reconciles weekly claim reserves for proper tracking

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, with auto insurance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of word processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to perform sedentary activities for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
