Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer - Central.

Key Responsibilities

Draft all required legal documents and disclosures for residential mortgage loan transactions
Compute and request funds needed for loan settlements
Coordinate communication with all parties involved in the transaction and audit loan packages for accuracy

Required Qualifications

Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of professional experience, with direct experience as a mortgage closer required
Bond loan experience preferred
Experience with Document Preparation and/or in an Attorney's office is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
